From last 4 days I am waiting for my goods (bike and ac) to be delivered to my place and today I came to know that the goods havent left Karnataka. Was very clear on point to point delivery and paid the highest among the quotes based on their assurance, now they have stopped picking up my calls and I have ended up in a situation where I will have to arrange my own transport and pay a substantial amount to get it transported from a drop location to my home. Came to know that they have just dropped the goods with a travel compnay and now have no control over how it is transported and when, where as they were claiming about their all india network and efficiency in the quotes
