Himanshu Satishbhai Patel(born 8 September 1999) is an Indian youngest businessman, and the chairman, managing director, and largest shareholder of Offlineseva group and projects (where he serves as the CEO from 2019). Under offlineseva there are many companies successfully run by the offlineseva group. As part of the offlineseva project, there are 3 companies Bhumione associate, Primeseva and Modifyseva. An IT degree from The INDUS university of Ahmedabad, and pass out school at The H.B.Kapadiya Ahmedabad.

Himanshu completed his schooling from The H.B.Kapadiya Ahmedabad, Gujarat, post which he joined Indus university (BE, IT). He pursued Bachelor in Information Technology, Indus university of Ahmedabad (BE, Information Technology).
Career
He is the founder of Offlineseva group and Little App. He serves as the CEO from Aug 2019 (when offlineseva.com started) to till now.
Himanshu started the Offlineseva India business in April 2019, before started business he was certified as a Ethical hacking & cyber security at Pristine InfoSolutions in December- 2017. and also certified Advance diploma in computer hardware &Networking 12 months course completed with “A” grade in December 2017 to December 2018. In Dec 2019, offlineseva.com 25 January 2020 Himanshu partial completion of the program of the startup India learning program also certified by startup India and upgrade.
Government Of India Department for Promotion of industry and the Internal Trade Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India certified by Offlineseva for helping Indian businessmen to going their business online free and also certify the Offlineseva company as startup India company.
